Where I live its just about impossible to get my hands on coconut milk in a carton, and my doctor has said that canned foods are a big no no, as the process of canning it causes the food to contain sugars it wouldnt have in its raw or frozen state. But what about coconut milk? I know its off limits until fase 3, but Im still wondering. So if anyone knows it would be great if you could leave me a reply.
    Thanks!

Check out the allowed foods list:

What is this phase 3 you are talking about? There are only two phases, phase 1 and phase 2…plus the detox (phase 0).

Thanks! Ok on the coconut then, hurrah 🙂
Sorry, should have written stage 3, as stage 1 is the cleanse and 2 is the diet.

Stage 0 is the cleanse, stage 1 is the diet.

If you can have it and be symptom free, then go for it, but I wouldn’t indulge in it every day.
