I bought buckwheat flour to make a recipe but now I cannot remember what I wanted to make with it. (Thank you brain fog). Anyone know any good candida friendly recipes with buckwheat flour?

    Here you go

    BUCKWHEAT BREAD
    3 cups buckwheat flour
    3 Organic Eggs
    1 tsp Himalayan Pink salt
    2 tblsp Olive Oil
    1.5 cups water
    1 tbsp baking soda

Bake for about 350 for about 40-50 minutes.

If you are adventurous you can make buckwheat flour pasta

I just finished making it. I do not know what I did wrong, it was a somple recipe. It was terrible. I have never had buck wheat flour but eat buck wheat groats all the time. It had the oddest taste. The only hting I did different was use celtic sea salt instead of himalayan.

I guess it is not for me.

It is very simple & yes the taste has to grow on you
I’ve cut up the bread in small chunks & toasted them to make croutons
Buckwheat flour is an acquired taste

The other bread recipe I use that’s sweeter & almost chewier is this:

    Oat Bran Bread –

    3 cups oat bran
    1 cup kefir
    2 Tblsp olive oil
    1/2tsp Pink Seasalt
    4 eggs
1 Tblsp gluten free baking powder

It is in a sloppy (but not runny) mixture. Into an oiled bread tin.
375 degree oven for 45 minutes.
