I ate some ground beef, I did cook it, but now I’m thinking maybe I didn’t cook it all the way. It was brown all the way through. But almost immediately after I had finished eating (I had cooked like 12oz of it) I felt candida coming back, (fatigue, thrush, spaced out).
I’ve kinda combined this anti candida diet with blood type diet. And it says for my type O I should eat more red meats. So that’s why I thought I should eat some ground beef we had in the freezer.
But, do you think I maybe didn’t cook it all the way? Because this normally doesn’t happen to me with steak or when I eat hamburgers. Or could it be that it wasn’t digested very well or somethign?
