Today I thinked about one thing. My gut doesn´t work at all even if I eat fiber. I need extra fiber. And I was thinking to eat a smoothie with 2 avocados a 3 oranges or bananas. It as a lot of vitamines and fiber. I need to detox. Cause you can´t overcome candida without pooping and detox your gut. What you guys think?
If you can’t make a bowel movement that is no good at all. You can try to help yourself go using 400-600mg of magnesium citrate or vitamin C to bowel tolerance. When constipation gets really bad for me I go get a round of colonics or do enemas. Ginger tea can help increase perastaltic motion of the intestines.
