I have been making my own recipes for my Candida diet since November. I have not missed out on pasta dishes, stir fries, breads, cookies, muffins, salad dressings and even pizza.
I created my own recipes for these dishes and have been told to make a book with my recipes in it.

Is this a good idea? Are there people out there interested or does everyone else just creating their own and not going by a cookbook?

I would say yes as long as it is easy to substitute certain ingredients as many people have allergies as well as candida overgrowth.

I agree with hartsinlove. I had and still have allergies to a lot of different things…. most recipes, I can’t use so I just make up my own.
