im sixteen yearsold and ive been on the anti candida diet for nearly a month now to help get rid of my psoriasis (which ive had for the past 4years) and ive seen die off symptoms such as irratibililty, flu-like symptoms, acne, dry skin, crying spells, inability to focus, anger, dizziness, depression and cravings for sweets. But I did a spit test this morning and it still looks the same? i didnt do a proper cleanse when i started the anti-candida diet, as i was already eating a diet free of gluten, wheat, dairy, citrus, and sugar (because of my psoriasis) – but had the occasional gluten free breads and biscuts.. ect and took bentonite drinks (1tsp in water) everyday for two weeks before my psoriasis diet and also ate alot of steamed vegetables and fresh red cod everyday because of my diet change for weightloss also.
So in short, what id like to know is – do i need to re-start my anti candida diet and do a cleanse? or should I just continue with the stage one diet? Im very confused about the whole eggplant, eggs and nuts thing aswell, are we or are we not allowed them? or does it just depend on how different individuals tolerate them? Currently ive only been eating egg whites, veges, nuts, seeds, herbs, spices, quinoa, amaranth and brown rice, occasionally drinking purified water, and taking zinc, magnesium, fish oil and probitics everyday.
