    Hi all!

    I’m new to the forum and am looking for advice.

    My first question is whether anyone has difficulty with exercise, especially vigorous exercise, making their candida symptoms worse? I enjoy running very much but find it makes one of my worst groups of symptoms, joint and muscle pain and fatigue (also nerve pain and tingling) so much worse. If I ignore it out of frustration and keep running, it just gets amplified and ends up bringing on a full flare up of all my problems.

    So very discouraging because it’s so helpful to this condition and also such a stress reliever!

    Has anyone else had this issue? Any feedback or comments appreciated! 🙂

    Have you ruled out the possibility that you’re stressing your joints and muscles too much? This may happen because you built up the running too fast, or perhaps because your shoes aren’t suited to your feet.

    I’m asking because I’ve experienced both of these myself.

    You might want to check out your magnesium levels, as well as manganese.
    Anything stressful, like running is not adviced for people with candida, because of possible adrenal problems.
