If so, could you give me a recipe of one?

    Thanks.

depends on how long u have been on the diet, you can try oat bran, what i do is this

Boil 1 1/2 cups water, add in 1/2 cup oat bran turn heat down to low, let cook for 2 minutes
stir in stevia, cinnamon olive oil and coconut oil.
    tastes good ๐Ÿ™‚

Oat bran and oats are not the same thing. Oat bran only has the bran portion of the oat which is a prebiotic. This is the only reason it is allowed on the diet. It actually might be a good idea to try a week without oat bran and a week with oat bran to see which is better. Oat bran contains gluten which can benefit the yeast.

I don’t want to take a risk at all no matter how minor it is, so I’ll just completely avoid oat bran.

Thanks, but I’ll avoid oat bran. I don’t want to take a risk.
