Hi,
I’m on the 10th day of my candida diet and I’m still trying to figure out my eating options. We have some dried cranberries at home and I was wondering if I could eat some. There is controversial information about cranberries, especially dried (as dried fruit is generally excluded) but here you can’t find fresh at this time of the season.
If its a dried food item then it contains high levels of mold which can significantly set back your progress. Additionally it contains sugar. Fruit should be consumed more widely on stage 2 of the diet.

OK thanks, I’ll wait for a couple of weeks more then.
Plan on a 6-18 month recovery to get better…
