Or are you saying that if its not on the list don’t eat it? If so, I’m gutted because I really enjoyed sprinkling a few seeds on various foods! Wish I hadn’t have got my hopes up as I thought that if I soaked some nuts and seeds they would be ok. Cumin and fennel seeds in tortilla and wraps are really good, well they were! Oh well!
