When the forum says to test Buckwheat…are we talking about bob’s red mill Buckwheat Hot Cereal or something else? Do we bake it or what?

I use buckwheat flour (bob’s red mill) to bake with.

Buckwheat comes in a few different forms; the flour, regular raw buckwheat, and cream of buckwheat (ground up buckwheat). Its up to you which form to use…the raw buckwheat is similar to rice while the flour is used for baking.
