Love this recipe I modified a bit.
10 eggs beaten
1 tsp gluten free baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 c. Coconut oil (melted)
1 c. Buckwheat flour
1 c. Blanched almond flour
1/2 cup coconut flour (optional)
1/2 cup macadamia nuts
1/4 cup walnuts for garnishing topCook at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out dry.

I found on livre minceur https://www.cellublue.com/fr/product/fit-food-guide/ about Coco rocks and its recipe. I found it simple to make. I hope that my child loves this recipe. I will also try your Buckwheat almond bread soon.
