Hi guys :). I’m new to the program and I’m struggling with breakfast ideas to get the day started right! Dairy, Eggs (and possibly nuts)… Nut milk OK …are out :(( Any ideas would be seriously appreciated. Also has anyone tried any of the baking with flax eggs?
Hi I cook something similar to oatmeal with almond milk and coconut flour and cinnamon and cardamom. It’s delicious I got the idea from here http://empoweredsustenance.com/paleo-oatmeal/ I do eat eggs but I substitute some eggs for flax eggs or chia seed eggs because there are usually too many eggs in recipes and it always turn out great. Just use one tablespoon flax or chia and 3 tablespoon water instead of every egg and wait about 10 minutes. I always fry leftover meat with some pepper and tomato in a pan for breakfast and I really enjoy it.
