Ok I have a question. I have searched everywhere in the forum and found that we can have shrimp and okra, but it’ll ways says no breading. I am wondering if you could bread these using olive oil and almond flour or another approved flour? Any help clearing this up would be great thanks!!

Hi! I’ve tried chicken goujons using buckwheat flour, then egg, then flour. Not sure about the almond flour as I’ve chosen not include it yet.

Ok thank you!! I will give it a try with the buckwheat flour since I have that as well.

I used coconut flour to bread and fry chicken the other night. It was a little different flavor but actually very good.
