Hey guys, I made some bread lastnight after 10 days of being on the strict diet, nothing but vegies, and some coconut cream…. and after not having a solid bowel movement in over the 10 days I really felt like I needed something more solid. Is this ok? once its gone, should i go back to vegies? the bread i made is rasters buckwheat/coconut/almond flour i made with chia seeds as i cant have eggs, and have been eating it with some ghee and coconut oil, for dinner lastnight and breakfast this morning. cheers!

If you leave the almond flour out you shouldn’t have any problems and just continue eating the buckwheat/coconut flour bread.
