Ingredients 2 tsp olive oil 1/2 medium uncooked onion(s), thinly sliced 2 Tbsp ginger root, fresh, peeled and minced 4 cup(s) uncooked red cabbage, thinly sliced 2/3 cup(s) canned chicken broth ( Organic) Instructions Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Add the onion and ginger; cook, stirring frequently, until just fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in the cabbage and broth. Reduce the heat and simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender, about 20 minutes. Yields about 1/2 cup per serving.
Delicious! Used green cabbage, because that’s all I had, but turned out really good! Also added some garlic when I sauteed the ginger and onion
