are veggies that are starting to go bad ok ,i mean not to the point that they would taste bad but i had a avocado and cucumbers that lookd a lil borderline ,the avocado had brown spots but didnt smell bad & the cucumber had sum dark spots ,i made a smoothie with them it and tasted fresh but i know i should avoid letting them get that way .What u guys think ?
If you have leaky gut, you can tell easily if something is bad because you will get a leaky gut reaction. Avocado’s last longer than most people think they do. For the cucumber, just cut around the dark spots but it should be fine.
