Wondering if anyone has any book recommendations on Candida? Ideally something that has tons of information and isn’t trying to sell/push a diet etc. Something that explains the science in a clear way…
On amazon my heads spinning from all the possibilities. Think y’all would be the best to ask 🙂January 5, 2014 at 8:39 pm #114139

I’m currently reading: http://www.amazon.com/The-Candida-Cure-Program-Restore/dp/0977344614
Easy read. Pretty good explanations, too.
Good luck, I’m just starting this journey myself.January 5, 2014 at 11:50 pm #114141

I think you should read “The Yeast Syndrome” by Dr. John P. Trowbridge. It is an excellent old book loaded of good information.
There are other old good books about this syndrome. The two books written by the pioneer MD who brought this syndrome to the light, Dr. Orian Truss, are incredible.
