I see lots of paleo recipes on my FB feed and some of them seem quite easily tweakable for later stages of the candida diet. I can’t try these yet so I haven’t put too much energy into researching arrowroot and whether it’s candida safe, or what an alternative might be to thicken the mashed blueberries. Subbing yacon syrup or stevia for the honey would be easy enough and the cookie base is is fine once you sub the sweetener there and are cleared for almonds.
