My head is spinning from all the information out there about how to cure candida. First, I don’t even know that I have it, but I have a majority of the symptoms, so I really want to do a treatment that works. The saliva test is positive. I have fibromyalgia, RA, PCOS, hypothyroidism, and a KP rash on my arms. I have bloating and brain fog after eating something carby.
I’ve read that Treelac is great, but then I’ve read that it’s dangerous. I’ve read that you should do a strict candida diet and then I’ve read that it doesn’t have to be so strict. What are the BEST supplements out there for candida that I can buy in a health food store? Most sites give a very long list of supplements that help. I don’t want to go broke doing this. I take garlic occasionally and I’ve bought oil of oregano. I haven’t noticed a difference. Is there a candida cleanse that works best?
I’ve done so much research into this that it’s all getting confusing. I’m going to read more on the success stories and maybe that can narrow things down for me. I’m reaching a point where I just want to live off a candida soup and hope it goes away. Sigh…. Any suggestions?July 27, 2013 at 1:18 pm #108268

I understand your frustration. I believe you’ve come to the right place. The well-versed “experts” here on the forum, mainly Able900, have put lots of time into curing their infestations. Many people here have had success on the strict diet. After 4 weeks I have started to live a normal life again but I have only just begun to cure myself.
If I were you I would consult someone who has had success in curing their infestation, allowing them to guide you as you seek information. Starting from square 1 in researching candida will lead you down contradicting paths and much literature advertises a product that the author wants you to purchase. The treatment does not have to be expensive. However, you must not stray from a lifestyle that will heal you; if you do, then yes the journey will be costly, painful, and possibly never end. I feel the temptations to eat deep dish pizza, pies, and other goodies my family cooks regularly. However, I believe it is crucial to stick with a restricted healing diet, necessary supplements, and the desire to heal thyself.
Able900 has a strict diet and protocol that provides a list of permitted foods, a general timeline, and supplements such as anti-fungals and vitamins. I respect your zealous efforts to seek information. All the terms, chemical compounds, and possible issues are mind-boggling… We’re here to help!July 27, 2013 at 1:29 pm #108270

Hello, and welcome to the forum. The majority of the forum members are using a specific protocol and diet. If you’re interested in these, let me know and I’ll send the information to you by private message on the inbox on the forum.
I don’t know if you were speaking of the success stories in the main section of the website or of the testimonies of the forum members about our protocol and diet, but here is the link to the Testimonies to the Forum Diet and Protocol
