Can you share your experience with eating beef bone broth on the diet.

I have trouble digesting meat, so I’m going to make some beef marrowbone broth. Even though it is liquid, could it still be a problem to digest? And the diet recommends avoiding beef. Can broth be a problem with candida?

I have had trouble with broth made from inorganic bones (intestinal cramps), but my experience when organic is nothing but positive. It helps tremendously with my cold hands/feet.

Thanks Thomas. It seems like bone broth is good on the diet then. I have some cooking and just tried a little sip. No bad effects and it relaxed me. So looking good so far.

    Bone broth is great.
I typically use chicken and turkey bones/carcass, but beef bones should be fine unless you’re reacting to it. I also eat beef from time to time with no issues at all.

Bone broth is a great addition to any candida diet.

Just finished making the broth, so I will try it out properly tomorrow.

How about fish bone broth ..Is that good on the diet?

Also, would a vegetable stock from vegetables that I have a problem digesting, not cause digestion problems?
