I’ve read conflicting things on this, and I’m wondering if anyone here has any insight.

When there is mucus in bowel movements, is that a sign of die-off or a sign of food intolerance from something that was recently consumed.

How would one know the difference?

Thank you for discussing poop with me. 🙂

The mucus is a known factor with a Candida infestation, Candida die-off, and IBS, among other possibilities. I’m afraid it’s a little difficult to know which one of the above is the cause or even if there’s only one cause without being tested.
