    Hello all,

For those who bake with coconut flour, how do you make it stick together?

I made some coconut flour cookies, but they break apart very easily.
I made some coconut flour & buckwheat flour pancakes/crepes, but they broke apart in the pan.

I do put eggs in the mixture, but they still does not keep the mixture together.

Does anyone have some ideas as to what I can add to make the mixture more “sticky”?

    Thanks!

I’m guessing more eggs is the key. I notice the bread recipe posted by able900 calls for 6 or 8, depending on the size of the loaf. Good luck!

From my experience I would use actual existing recipes and not try to create it yourself with little cooking knowledge.

Hi, Are you adding any coconut oil to the recipe? Up the amount it may help. Miriam
