I made some coconut flour cookies, but they break apart very easily. I made some coconut flour & buckwheat flour pancakes/crepes, but they broke apart in the pan. I do put eggs in the mixture, but they still does not keep the mixture together. Does anyone have some ideas as to what I can add to make the mixture more “sticky”? Thanks! I notice the bread recipe posted by able900 calls for 6 or 8, depending on the size of the loaf. Good luck! Up the amount it may help. MiriamAuthor Posts Viewing 4 posts - 1 through 4 (of 4 total)The topic ‘Baking wth coconut flour / buckwheat flour’ is closed to new replies.
