I made it through a 5 day, all green organic food cleanse, and am now on to stage 1 (for 5 days so far). But straight after the cleanse I was so desperate for food that I baked a loaf of coconut bread and ate it within 2 days. And I’ve eaten a further one in the following three days. I also had a slip up where I ate 500ml of greek yoghurt in one sitting (total of 20g sugar). I’m trying not to consume yoghurt at all, but sometimes I get so hungry and need a snack.
I wondered whether I should start the cleanse again because of these slip-ups, or do you think I’m good to continue with stage 1 (although try to eat foods in smaller helpings!).
At the moment my diet each day consists of steamed green veggies, two eggs and (ideally) a very small amount of coconut bread and chicken/or salmon. It’s all organic.

I would move on to the strict diet. You have done a great job so far and you slip ups aren’t too big of a problem. I skipped the cleanse as well as a few others so you have a step ahead of me in a sense. Good job and move on to the strict diet. Don’t not eat that much of anything in one sit in but I think it’s too earlier to eat coconut bread and yogurt they should be introduced after 2 weeks on the strict diet. Remove them for now and reintroduce them one by one later. This is listed in able raster protocol. Follow the instructions carefully.May 16, 2012 at 4:56 pm #82055

If you “slip up” you never have to restart anything but just continue on where you left off.

Dude, everyone messes up and just stick to where you were and keep yourself focused.
