    Are these okay for the candida diet? I know they’re not on the foods to eat list…

    There’s actually an artichoke herb on the market which is used to stimulate the liver to produce increased bile flow and help with constipation.
    Regular artichokes contain FOS (Fructooligosaccharides) which can feed the beneficial bacteria acting as a prebiotic making them perfect for a Candida diet.
