I already have these in pill-form because of my sinusitis and chest congestion. I wonder if continuing to take them is a good idea. I’ve had two doctors diagnose me with systemic candida. I’ve been laid off and can’t afford to see them anymore.

    1. Astragalus root
    2. Eleuthero, also known as Siberian ginseng
    3. Cat’s Claw
    4. Mullein

Thanks in advance for any replies.

I know astralagus is good for the immune system which you will need to fight off the infestation.

Also, Eleuthero is a good one, I’ve taken this for years and feel it has helped tremendously with my candida. It helps alleviate stress and boost the immune system. It especially increases killer immune cells to destroy Candida.

The others, I unfortunately cannot comment on.
