I am assuming from what I read that apples (even the green no sugar ones) are not acceptable on Stage 1….however, some of the recipies that include apples show that they are safe for stage 1,2 &3. Could someone please clarify?

    Hi HealthyMom

Apples are definitely not OK in Stage 1. You can add green apples back in stage 2 though.

I just noticed that the “Avocado Apple Smoothie” drink recipe was labeled incorrectly, so I’ve changed it. It’s OK for Stages 2 and 3 only.

    Hope this helps!
