    I’m drinking H2o before anything else in the AM and began adding lemon the past couple of days. I read an article about adding Chia Seeds to the lemon water to help hydrate and balance PH and electrolytes.

    Sounds great! Just curious if anyone with experience has/is doing this and if it mixes well with antifungals etc.
