Start by putting sunflower oil in a deep pan. Add the sliced leeks, cubed bell pepper, minced garlic and chopped green onions. Add the spices and cook for about 10 minutes on medium/high. Meanwhile, cut the green beans into small pieces. After the 10 minutes are up, add the ground turkey and mix until the turkey is cooked and has crumbled. Now add the green beans and stir for about 3 minutes. Fill up the pan with enough water to cover the whole mixture and wait til it boils. Once it does, lower to simmer and cover for at least 30 minutes, an hour being best.
