    Soak oernight or 24 hours:
    1 cup amaranth in 1 cup water
    + 2 TBS yogurt, kefir, whey, or vinegar

    Cook in extra 1 cup water for until liquid has been absorbed.

    Add 1 large, or 2 medium eggs, herbs i.e., basil, salt, or other seasoning to grains

    Heat up oil of choice in saute pan

    Spoon about 2″ size into saute pan, and cook on each side until nicely dark golden brown

    YUM YUM! enjoy with some veggies & meat 🙂
