So I am starting stage two of the diet. I noticed that it is recommended to eat plain yogurt because of the probiotics. I have issues with dairy and so that’s not an option right now. In the past, I have bought Amande yogurt (made from almond milk) and I had thought about eating their plain kind instead of real dairy yogurt. The only thing is, it has fruit juice concentrate in it … there are 18grams of sugar in a serving.
I’m just curious … will this type and amount of “sugar” feed the candida?
