I just started the diet and I’ve been having eggs multiple times a day. I had 7 eggs today which I definitely feel is too much but it’s tough cause as much as I love vegetables, they don’t fill me up, so I have to have something to give me protein and energy. I used to eat almonds but I stopped when I started the diet, I know they don’t feed candida but I still think I have issues with them cause I always crave them.
I noticed today that I got more tired after eating all those eggs. I’m just trying to figure out the best way to eat on this diet while not having energy crashes, any tips? Thanks
