Ingredient: 1/2 tsp coconut oil 1 1/4c whole almonds (the recipe recommend roasted unsalted almonds but I used raw) 1 1/4c whole pecans (or walnuts) 1/3 c stevia (I used Xylitol, Stevia has to strong an aftertaste to me) 3 egg whites 1 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp vanilla (alcohol free)
Preheat oven to 300 degrees and use oil to grease a pan (I used a 8.5″ sq.) I blended the almonds and pecans till smooth then combined with the other ingredients. Spread evenly in the pan, then I took some extra pecans and crushed them as a crumble on top. Baked for 1.5 hours, if you wanted them to be more crispy, bake for another 15. Image[/img]
