    I’ve been looking ahead in the book and look forward to eating again (I’m in Phase 1). I am allergic to all nuts. Do you all have any recommendations for how to continue being a baker without wheat flour and being allergic to almonds which is pretty much in all the new “better for you” boxed goods and recipes are made of.
