I’m a week into this program, having completed the first phase, and I’m now in phase two. I’m feeling a bit confused regarding what water is best to drink moving forward. I read both alkaline and spring water are good, but those are very different. Is there one I should be drinking more? Is it bad to drink too much alkaline water on this diet? Please help clarify!
I think alkaline water would be a bad idea, if you’re following the other diet recommendations. Things that directly raise the pH of the gut, like alkaline water or antacid medication, can help Candida to spread.
