I don’t know if anybody will know the answer to this or not, but sometimes I try to study things. One question that popped in my head one day is should I focus sometimes more on the lacto species of probiotics since I have no colon, or maybe take one general probiotic and a woman’s one even though I am a male, just curious on your inputs.May 5, 2013 at 9:55 am #103987
guess nobody knows? I was just curious. I like to read different things. Currently, I have been taking renew life’s ultimate flora probiotics; I seem to like those the best. I am down to just a few more on my current bottle, and just curious, since they have so many to choose from. I kno w the protocol recommends some others, like megaflora and stuff, but right now I am satisfied with changing b/w the renew life brand, or need be 2 or 3 of those.
Also, does anyone know of a good book to read about candida and different properties of herbs, anti-fungals that are in protocol? I would love to read something like that, and just learn as much as I can. It is funny ho w I studied medicine in school, but no w I am so into alternative medicine now-a-days. If I ever get strong enough, maybe I should become a health educator on alternative medicine. I just wish it didn’t take so long to heal, but like anything else; I think of cancer and what not. My brain fog and energy levels haven’t been bad lately, just having lots of gurgling and rumbling in intestines. I think some things might be an over-shock to my body. I still hate having urinary issues all the time, too. I never pee enough; however, I can’t handle too much regular vitamin C either. I bought a pure-essence vitamin C supplement the other day, but I just wish it had more percentage, as I am sure I still need it. Anyone know of a good one that is non-irritating and does not create extra gas, major loose stools??May 5, 2013 at 7:48 pm #104019

DVJORGE, I reading about lactoferrin, and then across an old post about biofilms. Then, about interfase and this suggested thoughts.
Apo-Lactoferrin is an iron chelating compound. It also boosts the immune system and has antifungal properties.
A good idea is :
This should create a big problem to the biofilms.
Now Able doesn’t like enzymes, but sometimes I do think they help. I just took my first dose of sf722 tonight. anyways, more questions piling up. I just like to learn a lot, too.May 6, 2013 at 11:30 am #104049
