I just got an analysis of my adrenals, they need to be renewed a bit. I get stressed easily and need to build my tolerance. I am looking into a couple supplements. It would be great to get some feedback or recommendations from you guys. Thanks!

Yeah, i need some of this too as i suffer from very severe psychological stress.
Able, respond.February 11, 2012 at 5:19 pm #73217
Personally, I wouldn’t take any of those supplements as none of them contain the supplied supplements in strong enough amounts to be of any use. I would choose the Innate probiotic, which is perfect for building the adrenals and improving the immune system.
It’s better to purchase Ashwagandha as an individual supplement in root powder or root powder tablet form in the amount of at least 380 mg per tablet. You can take up to three pills a day while building the adrenals. You can also take a separate vitamin supplement, at least 3000 mg a day.
The number one thing, other than a heavy probiotic, that you can do for your adrenals is reducing stress. This is the major contributor of low functioning adrenals. As long as you are under a good deal of stress, it’s practically to improve the adrenal function.

I wouldn’t. The vitamin and mineral information is on this link.February 11, 2012 at 5:59 pm #73231
No i have read that page.. but you havent linked any specific products on it. I am unsure of looking up products myself cause i dont know which ones are reputable or what.. i’ve also heard about vitamin supplments being ineffective because the vitamins are synthetic and not absorbed by the body like normal vitamins from foods.February 11, 2012 at 6:07 pm #73233

Even though I’ve done it occasionally, I prefer not to suggest a specific brand of anything, vitamin or otherwise. One reason is because people from all over the world read the forum, and many of the members in other countries do not have access to the same brands we have in the states. If you find one and are unsure of it, post the link and one of us will check it out for you.
