    Hello all,

    At what point in the diet do you think it would be OK to ad paneer (indian cheese)? (i.e. would 3 months be too soon?)
    I’d love to make palak paneer (spinach/paneer curry)!

    Inside paneer:

    Carbohydrates – sugar: 2.1g per 100g

    Ingredients: Whey, cow’s milk, food acid, salt.
