    I’m on week 4 of the strict diet and the product that I mistakenly thought was stevia is actually maltodextrin (Pure Via). I’m using it for a good 2 weeks now in my tea, but also in my oat meal and coconut bread. Can I just go on with the diet (off course without the maltodextrin), or do I have to do over the last two weeks?

    You never have to “restart” the diet.
