The exercise program a person chooses should depend on the present health state of the individual. If a person has a Candida albicans infestation, then your immune system is not at its top performance. In order to heal the immune system, much more rest than normal is imperative to the achievement, and strenuous exercise can hinder this accomplishment. Walking, swimming, and stretching are all I would recommend during the treatment until you can tell that your symptoms have for the most part disappeared and you’re back to full strength.
Working up to an hour a day of light exercise should be alright as long as you don’t overtire yourself.
