    After having a very poor diet for a long time and recently switching to a diet with lots of Oatbran, green raw vegetables, fish and chicken, im noticing my stools now float???

    I see some websites say thats a bad thing, and some say good..

    has anyone got any ideas or advice?

    I personally wouldn’t worry about it. I believe sinking stools means that it contains a lot of toxins while floating ones are what you want; I am no scientist of course, but thats what I’ve heard.
