I’ve been trying to private message you via the forum but I seem to be unable to find a “private message” button anywhere when on your members page.
I was hoping you could send me your protocol and allowed food list as there is so much information out there and I’m getting quite confused as of what to stick to. (firstname.lastname@example.org)
I’ve gone on the Candida diet because of allergies and fatigue, I often feel I have brain fog and struggle with my work to stay focused (I’m a Pilates teacher)
I’ve just finished my second week, I started with a 5 day candida cleanse of which day 3 was a complete liquid vast (using bentonite and Psyllium husk through the 5 days) I was having lots off allergy symptoms those days such as itchy eyes and waking up sneezing, this has stopped all together now. (normally I sneeze 20 times a day at least especially in the mornings)
I’m following the website’s diet and am having 4 eggs a day most days (2 with breakfast, 2 with lunch in the form of a veggie filled omelette with turmeric, onion, garlic and ginger served with salad and am often eating chicken/quinoa/millet/buckwheat crackers/almond butter/coconut bread/avocado’s.
I have been taking my probiotics (50 billion count) and making homemade kefir having a glass every day (I use goats milk stays quite thin but tastes great!) I don’t do well with any cow’s milk I had bad eczema from it in the past.
I am planning to start my anti-fungals in a week as I read to take it in steps. I have Candida-Now’s anti-fungal, grapefruit extract and coconut oil to get on with.
I am also taking daily Milk thistle (with dandelion) and vitamin C-1000.
I was also wondering if it is wise to continue taking one bentonite/psyllium shake in the evenings? I read somewhere it’s a good thing to do but I’m not too sure.
The reason I’d like to see your protocol and food list is because I’m very keen to do this properly and I feel with my confusion with the info on the website about certain food-items it’s all a lost cause and a waste of time.
I have all together cut out all fruits and starchy veg (sweet potatoe/carrot/beets/peas etc) and not having any beans, mushrooms, gluten or rice or processed foods. I don’t feel I’ve had any die-off symptoms this week other than my usual brain-fog and low energy and I feel maybe I’m not being strict enough for me to start getting better.
Thank you in advance and thank you for all your help to everyone here on the forum.

If I remember correctly, Able was banned from this forum after he did nothing but lure innocent, vulnerable and desperate people from this website to his own website. On his own website, he sold them stuff on a fully commercial basis.
(If I’m now mixing up Able with someone else, please correct me, and I’ll delete this post.)January 13, 2014 at 6:28 pm #114561

Able is gone from the forum…
You don’t need to do the candida cleanse to get better. We do not recommend the bentonite clay and psyllium husk because it can cause chronic constipation and the psyllium can be harmful to an inflammed gut.
I also recommend removing quinoa from your diet.
