What’s a good multimineral to take with molybdenum amino acid chelate so that I don’t get any copper imbalance, or imbalance with any other mineral that the high amount of molybdenum would create? Suggestions of a good brand would be appreciated. I know the protocol says to drink nettle leaf tea, but I don’t really want to drink it…
You can get nettle capsules, too. If you don’t like the taste of nettle tea, you can steep it with another tea, like peppermint. I steep two teas together pretty often, since I drink a few medicinal/herbal teas, and some of them just taste like green :p
Thanks Shayfo, I may look into that. Suggestions from anyone else??
