First, I’d like to know if I have to go the full seven days because I’ve used enemas, I’ve done the liver flushing drinks and detox drinks and have followed the plan on this website. I think I’m ready to be done with the cleanse but I’d like a second opinion on this.
Secondly, when I go to the 2nd stage eating, I’d like to know about a couple of foods to check if they are alright:
Edamame – they are soy beans but not a soy product and arguably more natural.
Summer Squash – it says no squash other than zucchini but on foods to eat it says summer squash is okay.
Carrot Juice – the pulp of the carrot is gone so would this technically be okay?
Tuna – I’m supposing that this is a no due to mercury content but I thought I’d ask anyway.
Thank you so much!May 10, 2012 at 8:48 am #81454

You can stop the cleanse whenever you want.
Soy is not allowed on the diet.
Squash contains too much starch and sugars for the diet I believe.
Carrots are not allowed on the diet because they contain high levels of starch and sugars.
Tuna is fine!
We have a different foods list on the forum that doesn’t even allow rice in the diet; email able900 if you want a copy of it.
