I messed up about a week ago and ate half a PB&J sandwich, I had just started the sf722 but I had stoped taking it for a few days before I ate the sandwich. Did the candida get stronger to that anti fungal because I ate the sandwich? my die off symptoms are severe, I have gone back on the strict diet (plan to stay on it) and am taking 1 sf722 every other day ( I started taking it the next day after I messed up). This is all I can handle, I plan after a few weeks, to start increasing it, does this sound like a good plan?

I would not worry about the candida getting more immune to SF722; SF722 is one of the antifungals candida cannot adapt to and this is why I promote it over and over.

Go at whatever pace feels best for you and your health.
