I make my own probiotic yogurt as any kind of organic or Greek yogurt is unavailable here.
So here’s my recipe. All I do is take a bowl with some milk and then heat it up till it’s warm- not hot, not cold a little lukewarm is about right. Then I just mix in some left-over yogurt from the previous day (the yogurt that you buy in the market can be used). Add like a tbsp of yogurt to 2-3 litres of milk. Then just cover it with a lid and wrap it around quite well with towels if it’s colder than 20 degrees celsius outside. And keep it in a warm place.
It gets ready in about 7 hours. Then just check to see if it’s done and store it in the fridge.
It’s quite simple really but maybe you guys already know it, I dunno.
