I think you will do fine staying on the diet here and only cut down on the high fibre for 4 days and see what happens.
I had only porrage stool and diarehorr. And a speed for about 5 to 6 hours of digestion which sucked. I think you are doing quite good with 12 and more hours.
Anyhow give it a shot and see if its changing and what it will do to your sympthoms.
