I know Able suggests this one: http://www.amazon.com/Kefir-Starter-Kit-Makes-Gallons/dp/B000I6W0XG/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1327676778&sr=8-1
I don’t know if there is anything “wrong” with the one you chose. I did notice that the one Able suggests has a few more types of beneficial bacteria in it. In our cases, the more the better in order for us to reach health sooner.
Or if you are interested, you can purchase some graines and just add milk. Many of us on the forum do that. When you start out, you can only make like 1/2 to 1 cup at a time which is perfect because as you are introducing it into your diet, you are suppose to do it slowly.
The grains are around 10 dollars to purchase online. Depending on your location, having them mailed to you (and survive) could be an issue. They are generally pretty tough though. I think mine were in the mail for about 5-7 days.
