Very likely it won’t be ok. Processed foods are one of the greatest health threats facing the world and there are so many problems caused by them. Most processed regular foods are genetically modified as well and this cannot be good.
I think this is what I think is possible and what you should aim for long term health after the candida diet:
-An all organic diet with a strong focus on vegetables (2x servings per day).
-A grain free diet free of wheat, corn, and soy. Other grains are likely OK.
-Very little caffeine and definitely not daily.
-Servings of sugar on occasion but not daily.
-Minimal use of beef and pork in diet.
If you think otherwise that is OK, but I think not following a general healthy plan such as this will set you up with disaster. If you digestion becomes poor again, prepare to throw away all of your hard work!
