You would probably be fine for a “very” short period of time. But even if the gut flora is at its optimum point, that would also last only a short period of time. As you began to feed the Candida once again, then the population would began to grow, and the larger population would eventually destroy the beneficial flora in the intestines, and what do you think would come next?
This basically means if you’re once damaged, you’ll be forever? People out there eat a far worse diet I ever have and they don’t get candida. You see what I mean? Some get it and they must be careful forever. Not that I’m that jealous. This diet really gives me a perspective on things, I get the shivers when seeing someone drink an energy drink.
